New Home Broker Opportunity
Only 1 position available in Metro Melbourne > either North, West or South East is fine.
We’re looking for New Home Brokers (Sales Consultants) to operate independently and by appointment only to provide house and land solutions (or house only) to Customers looking to build a new home.
Working closely with your land connections, this role will require lead generation, Customer appointments, facilitating the signing of sales documentation and ultimately building and maintaining a healthy, long-term relationship with Customers throughout their entire building journey.
This role would enable you to control your own working location and working hours, and therefore it is essential for you to:
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Work independently and by appointment.
- Be your own boss.
- Always be accountable for your own actions.
- Be customer focused at all times.
- Be proactive in looking for different ways to promote yourself.
- Apply your sales skills, industry knowledge and overall experience to Customers that result in positive outcomes for all parties.
- Be accurate and detailed at all times when completing sales documentation.
